responsible AI.

Make the operating rules as clear as the technology.

This page sets out deployment principles and assessment questions. It is not a certification, a claim that every control is already implemented, or a substitute for the controls agreed in your project.

Keep people responsible for decisions

Configure alerts as prompts for trained staff to review an event. A model output should not be treated as a diagnosis, proof of misconduct, a conclusion about intent or an automatic reason for adverse action. Safety monitoring does not replace staff, emergency systems or established procedures.

Define the purpose and limits

Agree the use case, relevant areas, excluded spaces and responsible site owner before enabling a stream. For identity-related functionality, establish the purpose, required permissions, access restrictions and review process before including it in scope.

Review the data flow before launch

Processing & storage

Specify where inference runs, whether clips are stored, the hosting model, retention and deletion arrangements.

Access & accountability

Define roles, authentication, administrator access, review permissions and the audit records required.

Integrations & routing

Document which systems and message providers receive event information, and minimise the data included.

Operational resilience

Agree how faults, unavailable streams, delayed messages, updates and incident reports will be handled.

Evaluate limitations explicitly

Use site-representative conditions and reviewed examples. Record false alerts and missed events; distinguish model processing time from notification delivery and staff response. Document the conditions in which a use case is unsuitable or requires additional safeguards.

Reporting a security concern

Contact info@veratrixai.com with a non-sensitive description. Do not send passwords, access tokens, personal footage or exploit material in an initial message. Ask for an appropriate channel before sharing sensitive evidence.
