Why VeratrixAI

A camera sees an event.
Your team needs context.

Connect what happened with where, when and what your team should do next. Keep the decision with the people responsible for the site.

01 / CONTEXT, NOT JUST DETECTION

The same event.
A different meaning.

A person entering a corridor may be routine during visiting hours and need review after a restricted-access window. Relevant zones, schedules and event rules help operators understand that difference.

How It Works

From camera events
to informed action.

Integration starts with your infrastructure and response process. Camera compatibility, compute needs, connectivity and alert channels are assessed before deployment.

01

Assess and connect

Review supported camera or recorder streams, permissions, network access and processing capacity. Existing cameras may be reusable; additional compute or network work may still be needed.

02

Configure the context

Select the use cases, define zones and schedules, and agree event rules. Validate representative examples under the lighting, angles and activity found at your site.

03

Route for human review

Bring event context to designated operators through agreed channels. Plan acknowledgement, escalation and incident records as part of the site’s response workflow.

The pilot approach

A clear path.
A measurable decision.

01

Define

Choose priority events, camera scope and a responsible site owner.

02

Validate

Check streams, conditions and representative event examples.

03

Measure

Review missed events, false alerts and response handling separately.

04

Decide

Use the agreed findings to refine, expand or stop the pilot.

About

Technology with purpose.
People with ownership.

“The goal is not simply to record an event. It is to give the right people the context to act.”

— THE VERATRIXAI APPROACH

VeratrixAI Pvt Ltd is a contextual AI company focused on physical security and safety. Our aim is to help organisations turn compatible camera feeds into information that supports operational decisions.

We start with the environment, the people responsible for it, and the events that matter. A useful deployment needs more than a model: it needs clear ownership, appropriate safeguards and a response process that works for the site.

Focused pilots. Evidence-led evaluation. Human responsibility.

Responsible deployment

Intelligence supports.
People decide.

Agree the purpose, data access and response rules before a camera stream becomes part of a deployment.

Security & responsible AI
01

Human review

Use alerts to support trained staff, not to replace judgement or emergency procedures.

02

Purpose and permissions

Define why a use case is needed, who may access the data and which areas are out of scope.

03

Measured limitations

Evaluate missed events, false alerts and conditions that affect performance.

Before you begin

Practical
questions.

A good pilot starts with a shared understanding of the scope.

Can we keep our existing cameras?

Compatible camera or recorder streams may be reused. A technical assessment confirms access, supported formats, image quality, coverage and compute requirements. New processing equipment or network changes may still be needed.

Does AI replace our operators or care staff?

No. The intended workflow supports trained people with event information. An alert is not a diagnosis, proof of wrongdoing or a guarantee of safety. Human review and established response procedures remain essential.

What should we measure during a pilot?

Agree detection quality, missed-event review, false-alert rates and operator workload. Measure model processing time, notification delivery and staff response separately, and record the site conditions behind each result.

Is the demonstration connected to a real site?

No. All scenarios and events on this website are illustrative. The walkthrough does not access a camera, process video, contact an operator or send a notification.

Where will footage be processed and stored?

This must be agreed in the deployment design. Ask for a data-flow diagram covering processing location, retention, authorised access, integrations and deletion. Do not assume a hosting model from the website demonstration.

How do we start a pilot discussion?

Share your environment, approximate camera count and priority use case. We can then discuss the assessment and evaluation scope. Pilot length, commercial terms and implementation dates are agreed separately.
